Honestly, I think it's staged.. If you looked at the distance we know that the Secret Service done they're done to recon the area where the shooter was. As well, they always have police, SS, state troopers around the area especially within 150 yards. They would totally have seen a man climb a building with a rifle even if it was 2 yards. Prior there was a guy who warned police about it and they didn't do anything which clearly seems like they knew it. But who knows.. rather have trump in office than Biden.
